Healthy Back-to-School Recipes That Take 30 Minutes or Less

Back-to-school season brings excitement for kids but stress for working moms. Between shuttling children to activities and catering to a job, there is little thought or time left for cooking. Plus, no one wants to eat the same thing over and over—but who has time for any innovation? Luckily, blogger, cookbook author, food photographer and recipe developer Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest has done all the hard work for us. Below you'll find 10 of her delicious and healthy recipes, which all take 30 minutes or less, for your whole family to enjoy.

Oatmeal just got an overdue update, with versions like Cherry Almond Cream and Cranberry Pumpkin Spice that will entice the whole family. Store them in jars, and when it's time for breakfast, microwave the jars for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then serve. See the full recipe.
